REVOLT was conceptualized by MIG-35 in 2021. After both working and attending several events, he started to observe that both House + Techno events in the underground circuit became more of a facade for attendees to share that they attended rather than to actually go and experience the music. He felt disheartened in the direction which the underground scene was going so REVOLT was born to create an experience for House + Techno enthusiasts which still replicates the beginnings of the early underground rave days.
REVOLT is an event showcasing local Los Angeles talent and other acts revolving around the House + Techno music genres. We create a dystopian environment by using militant props to surround the dance floor.
At every REVOLT you can expect loud music, minimal lighting, and a crowd which is very inviting.
